What information is required when placing an order with BioGems?

The following information is required when placing an order: • Name of the organization and contact person • Telephone number • Email address • Shipping and billing address • Product name/description • Catalog number • Product size and quantity • Method of payment o Purchase order number or credit card number

How do I request a quote for a bulk quantity of product?

Customers may receive a quote via email info@bio-gems.com or by calling 1800.493.5868.

How does sales tax apply to my order?

If you are exempt from a sales tax, you must provide BioGems with your "Tax Exempt ID" from the taxing authority. Please provide this form via email info@bio-gems.com or via fax (818.338.3316). If you are not exempt from sales tax, BioGems will apply a sales tax to the amount due at the time of your shipment.

What is a Purchase Order (PO)?

A Purchase Order (PO) is a commercial document that is issued by the buyer to the seller to supply something in return for payment. Each PO has its own distinct alphanumeric code. A PO indicates the product name/description, quantities, sizes and agreed prices for the products and/or services.

How can I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please call 1800.493.5868. A restocking fee of 20% of the product(s) list price will be assessed.

How do I create a new online order?

To enter a new order: • Seach for the product of interest using the Seach box located at the top right corner of our webpage. • Add the quantity desired and click on the "Add to Cart" icon to begin your order process.

How do I edit an online order after it has been submitted?

After an order is submitted, it can only be edited if the status of the order is "Incomplete" or "Waiting for Review by Customer Service". For all other orders, please contact Customer Service at 1800.493.5868.

How do I save the contents of my cart for later use?

To save the products in your cart and order later, click on the Save Your Cart link. To submit the order, click on Check Out.

How do I view my online order history?

To view previous orders, click on Order Status in the navigation pane on the left side of the page.

Can I reorder a previously ordered product online?

To reorder a previously placed order, click on Order Status, and identify the previous order of interest. Click on edit, and proceed to check out.

How do I check the status of an existing order online?

To see your pending orders and recent shipments, click on the Order Status link on the left side of the page. On the Order Status page, click an Order or Invoice Number to see the relevant documents in a PDF file.

A backorder implies an order that cannot be filled at the current time due to a lack of availability supply.
