Isotype Controls
BioGems offers a line of isotype controls to gauge a primary antibody’s level of specific staining. Isotype control antibodies have all the non-specific characteristics of the relevant used antibody without target cell specificity. To provide the most useful results, the isotype control should be matched to the antibody host species, isotype, and conjugation format.
