SP 600125
Catalog Number : 1295666
description
SP 600125 is an anthrone derivative that potently and reversibly inhibits c-Jun N-terminal kinases (JNKs), effecting JNK 1-3. It is reported to prevent apoptosis in many cell lines and inhibit BMP-9 induced osteogenic differentiation of mouse mesenchymal stem cells.
