I-TAC is a 'non-ELR' CXC chemokine that is regulated by interferon and signals through the CXCR3 receptor. I-TAC is chemoattractant for IL-2 activated T cells, but does not affect freshly isolated un-stimulated T cells, neutrophils, or monocytes.

The BioGems Human I-TAC (CXCL11) Pre-Coated ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is a solid phase immunoassay specially designed to measure I-TAC (CXCL11) with a 96-well strip plate that is pre-coated with mouse monoclonal antibody specific for I-TAC (CXCL11). It contains E. coli-expressed recombinant I-TAC (CXCL11). The detection antibody is a biotinylated goat polyclonal antibody specific for I-TAC (CXCL11). The kit is analytically validated with ready to use reagents.
