Recombinant laminin-411 (BG iMatrix-411)
description
BG iMatrix 411 is a chemically defined, animal-free, and xeno-free laminin-411 E8 fragment. Laminin-411 exhitits high specificity and primarily binds to the cell surface transmembrane receptors integrin α6β1 and α71β. It can be used as a substrate for the proliferation and differentiation of bile duct endothelial cells and vascular endothelial cells. Switching from laminin-511 to laminin-411 during differentiation efficiently induces endothelial progenitor cells from iPS cells.
The 350ug size is supplied as 2x175ug vials. The 1050ug size is supplied as 6x175ug vials.
