BG iMatrix 332 is a chemically defined, animal-free, and xeno-free laminin-332 E8 fragment. Laminin-332 primarily binds to the cell surface transmembrane receptors integrin α3β1 and α6β4. It can be used as a substrate for keratinocytes and the differentiation of ESCs and iPS cells into corneal endothelial cells.
The 350ug size is supplied as 2x175ug vials. The 1050ug size is supplied as 6x175ug vials.
