TWS 119
Catalog Number : 6011964
description
TWS 119 is a potent glycogen synthase kinase-3β inhibitor (IC50 =30nM). It is used to induce neuronal differentiation and functions as a WNT pathway activator. TWS 119 is also reported to promote the expression of CD62L in NK cells and inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma (ARMS) cells.
