PluriSln 1
Catalog Number : 9138826
description
PluriSln 1 a stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1 (SCD1) inhibitor used to selectively eliminate undifferentiated human pluripotent stem cells. It induces apoptosis in hPSCs to the exclusion of differentiated or progenitor cells. It is reported to prevent teratoma formation in immunocompromised mice.
