Pluripotin
Catalog Number : 8393780
description
Pluripotin is an inhibitor of both RasGAP and ERK1. The inhibition of RasGAP is used to promote self-renewal and the inhibition of ERK1 blocks cell differentiation. Pluripotin can be conbined with leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) to promote the derivation of embryonic cell lines from refractory strains.
