Puromycin dihydrochloride
Catalog Number : 5855822
description
Puromycin is an aminonucleoside antibiotic and protein synthesis inhibitor. It is a reversible inhibitor of dipeptidyl-pepdidase II (serine peptidase) and cytosol alanyl aminopeptidase. Puromycin functions by inhibiting translation and it also inhibits the transportation of protein into the mitochondria.
