description

11,12-EET is a cytochrome P450-derived molecule that is reported to inhibit the epithelial sodium channel (ENaC). It is also reported to be involved in the recovery of Ca2+ pool-depleted cells as sustained increases in EETs may amplify Ca2+ signaling.
