Recombinant Human FGF-19
Catalog Number : 100-32
The FGF family plays central roles during prenatal development and postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation. FGF-19, a member of the FGF family, is a high affinity heparin dependent ligand for FGFR4. FGF-19 is expressed during the brain development and embryogenesis. Recombinant human FGF-19 is a 21.8 kDa protein containing 195 amino acid residues.
Above 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE Analysis.
Determined by a cell proliferation assay using balb/c 3T3 cells. The expected ED50 for this effect is 100-150 ng/ml.
