Recombinant Human IL-8 (77 a.a.) (CXCL8)
Catalog Number : 200-08
IL-8 is a proinflammatory CXC chemokine that can signal through the CXCR1 and CXCR2 receptors. It is secreted by monocytes and endothelial cells. IL-8 chemoattracts and activates neutrophils. Recombinant human IL-8 (endothelial-derived) is an 8.9 kDa protein containing 77 amino acid residues.
Above 98% as determined by SDS-PAGE Analysis.
Determined by its ability to chemoattract human peripheral blood neutrophils using a concentration range of 25.0-150.0 ng/ml.
