Catalog Number : 500-M32
Produced in BALB/c ICRR F1 mice using highly pure (>98%) recombinant human Eotaxin-3 as the immunizing antigen. This IgG2aK antibody was purified from ascites fluid by Protein A affinity chromatography.
|Application:||ELISA, Western Blot, Neutralization|
Anti-Human Eotaxin-3 (BioGems Catalog #300-48)
To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of Human Eotaxin-3 (2.0 μg/ml), a concentration of 1.0-5.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required.
In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 1.0-2.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 1000 pg/ml of recombinant human Eotaxin-3 when used with BioGems' biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human Eotaxin-3 (60-124BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.25-0.50 µg/ml.
To detect hEotaxin-3 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-0.50 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hEotaxin-3 is 0.25-0.5 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
