Anti-Human SDF-1β
Catalog Number : 500-P87BG
description
Produced from sera of goats pre-immunized with highly pure recombinant Human SDF-1β. Anti-Human SDF-1β specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized Human SDF-1β matrix.
Additional Information
Application: | ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry |

Immunogen | Anti-Human SDF-1β (BioGems Catalog #300-28B) |
Clone: | Polyclonal Goat |
Format: | purified |
Applications: | This antibody stained formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of human pancreas malignant adenocarcinoma. The recommended concentration is 2.5-5.0 µg/mL with an overnight incubation at 4˚C. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen. Heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH 9.0 buffer is recommended. Optimal concentrations and conditions may vary. Tissue samples were provided by the Cooperative Human Tissue Network, which is funded by the National Cancer Institute. Information and photo are courtesy of Flagship Biosciences, LLC – Histology Services. To detect Human SDF-1β by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with BioGems' Biotinylated Anti-Human SDF-1β (60-295BT) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human SDF-1β. To detect Human SDF-1β by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human SDF-1β is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. |
