description

Q-VD-OPH is a irreversible cell permeable broad spectrum caspace inhibitor. It is a more effective and less cytotoxic apoptosis inhibitor than Z-VAD-FMK and BOC-D-FMK. It is reported to prevent apoptosis mediated by the caspace 8/10, caspace 9/3, caspace 12 pathways.
