Anti-Human CD137L (4-1BB Ligand) APC
Catalog Number : 19461-80
description
The 4H3 monoclonal antibody bind to human CD137 Ligand or 4-1BBL, a type II membrane protein in the TNF superfamily. It is mainly expressed on antigen presenting cells, and activated B and T cells. Ligation of 4-1BB on T cells and natural killer cells induces cell activation, promotes survival, and enhances effector functions.
