DAPI (Hydrochloride)
Catalog Number : 2879038
description
DAPI is a cell-permeable fluorescent stain that binds to the A-T rich regions of DNA and less strongly to RNA as well. It has an absorption maximum at the 358 nm (ultraviolet) wavelength and an emission maximum at 461 nm (blue) when bound to DNA.
