CHR 2797
Catalog Number : 2387710
description
CHR 2797 is an antiproliferative aminopeptidase inhibitor, also known as tosedostat. Inside cells, it is converted into a pharmacologically active acid product, CHR-79888. It is reported that CHR 2797 deplete sensitive tumor cells of amino acids by blocking protein recycling to generate an antiproliferative effect.
