T Regulatory Cells
T regulatory cells are differentiated by their expression of CD4, CD25, and FOXP3. They are essential for the immune systems ability to develop self-tolerance and immune homeostasis. A deeper understanding of Treg cells could lead to advances in autoimmune disorder, transplantation, and tumor immunity.
