BI-D1870
Catalog Number : 5012813
description
BI-D1870 is a cell permeable and highly specific inhibitor of the ribosomal S6 kinases (RSK 1-4). The RSKs are highly conserved Ser/Thr kinases that promote cell proliferation, growth, motility and survival. It is also reported to prevent gamma irradiation-induced apoptosis and to drive the cells to senescence.
