Murine IL-2 Pre-Coated ELISA Kit
description
IL-2 is a powerful immunoregulatory lymphokine produced by T-cells in response to antigenic or mitogenic stimulation. IL-2/IL-2R signaling is required for T-cell proliferation and other fundamental functions that are essential for the immune response. IL-2 stimulates growth and differentiation of B-cells, NK cells, lymphokine-activated killer cells, monocytes, macrophages and oligodendrocytes.
The BioGems Murine IL-2 Pre-Coated ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is a solid phase immunoassay specially designed to measure Murine IL-2 with a 96-well strip plate that is pre-coated with rat monoclonal antibody specific for IL-2. It contains E. coli-expressed recombinant Murine IL-2. The detection antibody is a biotinylated goat polyclonal antibody specific for IL-2. The kit is analytically validated with ready to use reagents.
