BG iMatrix 111 is a chemically defined, animal-free, and xeno-free laminin-111 E8 fragment. Laminin-332 primarily binds to the cell surface transmembrane receptors integrin α7X2β1 and α6β1. It can be used as a substrate for the directed differentiation of HPCs, Hepatocytes and Nerve cells.
The 350ug size is supplied as 2x175ug vials. The 1050ug size is supplied as 6x175ug vials.
