Anti-Mouse CD150 (SLAM) FITC
Catalog Number : 17112-50
description
The 9D1 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to mouse CD150, a 75-95 kD single chain type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as signaling lymphocyte activation molecule (SLAM). It is expressed on B cells, dendritic cells, T cells, and thymocytes. Upon activation, its expression is upregulated. SLAM signaling in Th1 cells is reported to induce IFN-γ production. The 9D1 antibody is reported to activate the CD150 receptor.
