The purpose of our site is to provide an E-commerce solution for our clientele, offer information on our company, products and services. The Site is focused specifically to our customer base of researchers and life scientists, and to offer industry specific products, information and services, to assist our "partners in science".

Use of the Sites is subject to this Privacy Policy, which you may at any time print or download (or request a printed copy by contacting us as specified below). We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised policy at this location. 

This privacy policy explains how Biogems uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website. Biogems is committed to ensuring that your privacy is completely protected. In the even that we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, please be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement; and is solely restricted to use necessary to complete your order and maintain accurate billing information. Biogems will notify all customers in our database via email should any updates or changes be made to the privacy policy.

Personally identifying information
When you register via this Site, you will be asked to provide personally identifying contact information (i.e., name, organization, address, phone number, e-mail address, fax number, payment/billing details and so forth). On this Site, for example, we may collect and retain personally identifying  and other information from you in a number of ways, such as when you place an order, request e-mail updates or other information. All information regarding orders and transactions, such as product purchases via the website, is maintained in our databases in the same manner as such information is maintained for transactions which are completed by telephone, fax or in person via your Account Manager/Sales Representative.

Do we share your information, and if so, with whom?

Third parties
Biogems Biotechnologies will not, under any circumstances, provide personally identifiable information that you supply to us to any outside mailing lists, data mining companies or the like. We may share information about you with our employees, who are in turn required to handle the information in strict accordance with this Privacy Policy.  We will not sell, trade nor transfer your information to any third parties other than authorized third parties (such as, for example, services supporting the technical operation of this Site) and other third parties involved in the distribution chain (shipping vendors, for instance), which may need access to some of your personal information in order to directly or indirectly fulfill an obligation with you for a legitimate purpose connected strictly to executing your order within your account. We oblige any such party to comply with our privacy policy, and provide them solely with the minimal amount of information necessary in order for them to perform their service. 

Disclosures required by law
In the event that we are requested by law enforcement, government contract administrators, and/or judicial authorities to provide personally identifiable information regarding your account, the requested information will be given to the appropriate judicial, governmental or regulatory authorities under applicable law, regulation or the terms of government contracts. How we protect your information:

We maintain high technical and organizational security measures to safeguard the information you provide to us and to safeguard it from unauthorized access, loss, destruction or alteration. For instance, web page elements which transmit personal or financial information are encrypted from your PC to our servers (which are located in the United States) using the protocol known as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Beyond SSL encryption your data is protected once it reaches our network through the use of secure network firewalls. Portions of your data may also be encrypted on our storage server for additional security.

Non-solicited information


At Biogems, we understand that your time is valuable, and you most likely detest spam in your inbox as much as we do. While we would like to stay in contact with our clientele in order to bring you special offers, information and the like, if you do not want such emails, please simply let us know. You must "opt-in" to receive emails from us in the form of special offers/newsletters/various information, however, should you at any time choose to no longer receive such information, you may unsubscribe via the following method:
